General Discussion / Controller locked up - all status lights on

Asking anyone for HELP resolving this issue.  My controller is offline and I am unable to get any access to it.  The status lights are all lit and solid - no flickering or cycling.  I've tried resetting the unit but none of the lights change at any point after sliding the Reset switch.  I've done a hard reboot of the controller by unplugging it, waiting a few minutes and then plugging it back in.  When power is restored all three status lights light up and remain on, steady.  In addition to not being able to access it via WiFi I'm also unable to see the Bluespray hotspot, although I assume the controller is never getting into Discovery mode.  ANY SUGGESTIONS?  Thanks!
