Login Popups

With certain browsers on my mobile devices and my pc I receive multiple login Popups for the controller ID and Password.  In particular with Chrome and Dolphin browsers.  If I use Safari the issue seems to be less common. 

With all browsers I have to manually refresh the screen repeatedly to make all the options appear on the home screen.  This doesn't always work.

What firmware version is your controller?  You may have an earlier version of the firmware.  Please update to the latest from our support page.

I still have the issue on Mac Mavericks with Safari, on the same Mac with Google Chrome it works ok.
