Can Bluespray safely handle 100 VA (4 amp draw at 24 volt) ?

I'm wanting to use my new Bluespray controller to operate a Jandy 3 way valve actuator http://www.zodiac.com.au/jandy-valve-actuator.
Will it handle a 4 amp current draw at 24 volts?

Also do you know how to control a 3 way valve actuator?, it may require the Bluespray to operate the valve for a period  of only a few seconds... or fractions of seconds. Is this possible?

BlueSpray is designed to operate 24V AC irrigation solenoid.  We have not tested it with any other valve, so we can't say that we support it.

That being said, I've read the Jandy brochure, but am not sure if it's 24V AC or DC.  Our circuit can handle 4A RMS, but that is at the edge of its operating limit.

BlueSpray currently is programmed to operate in minutes.  It can be done in seconds, but not supported in current firmware.

It turns out to be AC, it ran just fine on the power supply that came with the bluespray. Cool.

If the firmware can handle fractions of a minute to 2 decimal places that would allow me to to position the 3 way valve onto any port.

What about the current draw?  We have not had a chance to test with your valve.
When you say fractions of minute, do you mean 1 second, 5 seconds, 10?
What kind of switch does your valve require?  Is it just a toggle or latching?
